I didn’t see any employees cleaning rafts, tables etc. The hot tub in the water park area was completely full & shoulder to shoulder with people (mostly adults as the pools were too cold)- again no masks or social distancing. Tables were crammed together and none were blocked off so I’m not sure how capacity was at all limited if all tables were full and within a foot of each other. This wasn’t the case nor was it even enforced. I get that it’s hot in the park & uncomfortable wearing a mask but there are signs posted saying SE is following all precautions & masks should be worn unless one is on a water ride or in a pool. Little to no masks being worn by guests and most that had a mask on wore it under their nose including multiple life guards. Absolutely freezing & during our stay we heard multiple complaints about the water temps so it wasn’t just us thinking it was cold. However it was the coldest water I have ever felt in an indoor water park. The water park was good sized and had a lot for kids which was great. We chose SE water park because it was $145 a night compared to others that range from $250-300+ a night.
